Who is responsible

Prescient ApS, Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, Denmark, CVR 40602992, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: kristoffer@prescient.dk.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, organisation (if given) and your message. We collect nothing else. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and loads no content from third parties.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

Who else sees it

Your message is delivered by email through our web host, Nordicway, which acts as our data processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries that do not lead to an engagement no later than 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, the usual rules on bookkeeping and contract records apply.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and object to our use of it, by writing to kristoffer@prescient.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
